Having the pleasure of working with kids, adults, couples and families for the past 20+ years has taught me that not all storms come to disrupt our life, some come to clear our path.
My role is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space to explore challenges you may be facing. Together we will identify your strengths and develop them into effective strategies for coping with everyday life. I will customize your treatment plan utilizing a variety of evidence-based practices aimed to help you forge a fulfilling and meaningful future.
I am the daughter of a Vietnam Veteran, the proud spouse of a wounded warrior and a military mom. I am a founder of a non-profit organization, Camp C.O.P.E., which strives to support the children and families of injured, deployed and fallen service members across the country.
